We want you to be totally happy with your purchase. If something’s not quite right, here’s how returns work:
Returns Window:
You can return any item within 30 days of purchase.
Condition:
Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with tags and packaging undamaged where applicable.
Refunds:
Once we’ve received and checked the item, we’ll issue a full refund (excluding original postage, unless the item was faulty or incorrect).
Return Postage:
If you’ve simply changed your mind or ordered the wrong size, return postage is your responsibility.
If we’ve made a mistake or the item is faulty, we’ll cover the return costs.
